The purpose of this book is to help pastors train spiritual leaders within their churches. There are many leadership books, but few that emphasize spiritual leadership. For several decades, the church world has experienced a lot of leadership training that is secularized, as if there is no difference between leading a business, a corporation, a sports team, an army, or a church. There are some similarities, of course, but there are actually huge differences.
